Well hello there!
I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Certifed Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner and Certified Sound Therapist. With an inherent peaceful nature and genuine sensitivity for others, I’ve been told I have a unique ability to facilitate healing. You can read a few client testimonials at the bottom of my services pages.
A certified massage therapist since 2009, my bodywork training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Tui Na and Thai Massage. I have worked at spas, gyms, retreat centers, corporate events, and the great outdoors. My current home studio is in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California.
I have been a certified Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner since 2010, training under master Gilles Marin. I run the training program for the Chi Nei Tsang Institute / TaoTouch®.
Certified in Sound, Voice and Music Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2007 and as the Assistant Instructor in the 2013-14 program, I trained under the tutelage of Silvia Nakkach and other esteemed teachers. I’ve had the honor of collaborating with sound healers around the world. I present sound baths in any setting such as yoga studios, hospitals, schools, private events, ceremonies, festivals, retreats, corporate events, winery events and online sessions.
These modalities have helped me so much personally and I am always inspired to share them with others on their healing and health maintenance journeys- supporting physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Outside of the healing studio, I can be found plucking my upright bass and making very punny Dad jokes. Professionally, I feel fortunate to have found a practical application for being mellow.
